When you create a folder, you may choose to click the "Enable previous|next" checkbox, thus allowing for horizontal navigation to occur. This makes it easier to go through consecutive facts that are located in the same folder. If the horizontal navigation is enabled, you should see links to the previous fact and the next fact above the fact title.
Horizontal navigation is visible if the intended users are read permitted for the folder.
