Desirable: shared interest and mandate through knowledge management; plenty of new contacts, new ideas and a professionalisation: I would say especially in Admin and Management, but also in procurement there will be improvements; more strategic positioning of navreme, through mutually beneficial cooperation.
Non-negotiable: being completely merged into and having no more freedom to set initiatives or doing the own projects; disappearance of the name navreme and the network through the merger. I would not give a name away, in which I had invested for 5 years, only if the takeover if friendly.
